In researching many of the names and faces associated with the men and women of the Canadian Army Film & Photo Unit, I came across a Canadian Public Relations officer; Lt. Charmian Odette Sansom, with a unique tie-in to the Film Unit…

Lt. Sansom had the distinctive status of being the only female narrator for one of the Canadian Army Newsreels…
